Our mission was to develop a yogurt with an impressive nutritional profile that would revolutionize yogurt as we know it today!

Our starting point was a simple fact that most people don’t know: milk naturally contains sugar, which exists in the form of lactose.

So, we took on the challenge of creating a yogurt that contains less sugar, but more protein. Amazing, right?
It’s simply milk that’s been filtered to concentrate its protein and reduce its sugar content. By reducing the amount of lactose, the sugar naturally present in milk, we obtain a product with a higher concentration of protein and less sugar.
We did it thanks to a winning formula:
Ultrafiltered milk + bacterial cultures or fermenting agents + manufacturing process = ultrafiltered yogurt

First, we used ultrafiltered milk as the basic ingredient. It’s an excellent starting point because it’s more concentrated in protein and contains less lactose, the sugar naturally present in milk.

Then, as with all yogurts, we added bacterial cultures to the milk to ferment it.

But what makes our yogurt truly innovative is the fact that we used a patent-pending manufacturing process that reduces the yogurt’s sugar even more while keeping a high protein content.

What gives it that sweet taste you love is the addition of delicious fruit purées and cane sugar. The perfect finishing touch!
